Or maybe it opens in the background - like the way it now does when you select an account from the dropdown menu on the toolbar? Either way though, my opinion is it's a bug. I have reported it to this mailing list since RC5 and placed it on bugtraq. I would appreciate it if someone could confirm the problem.
