I understand. But it adds to our sense of being a community, almost a
family, to get to express these feelings here. If we don't go on at
too much length about it. :)

I like so much the moderate way in which you've responded to me. Also,
I think the great majority of us who read the list would like to see
"bashing" of RitLabs here held to a minimum.

I truly believe they are all doing the best they can.

Keep your cool and keep the faith! It's still the best client for both
