Virtual folders do work as described for me. I see the contents of two
or more folders all in one folder.

It might be that, if there are no folders present in the selected
pane, you can't create a new virtual folder because TB doesn't know
where to put it in the hierarchy.  My Virtual pane is empty at this
point. When you create a new virtual folder in the Account Tree pane,
the new folder is created as a subfolder for the currently selected
folder.

OK, RIT, maybe that one was intentional.
