Message with 3 MB attachment
Restart TB, viewing message: 35 MB mem, 27 MB VM
Open source view: 422 MB mem, 418 MB VM
Close source view:  359 MB mem, 352 MB VM

With a message with 9 MB attachment
Restart TB, viewing message: 35 MB mem, 27 MB VM
After pressing F9, this goes up 45 - 60 and I'm getting an 'Out of
memory' error message. This is on a system with 2 GB RAM, so it
shouldn't run out of resources.
