Confirmed. A workaround is to use the customise feature to create a keyboard shortcut for this function - being aware that there are at least two places you need to set this in order for it to work correctly: Main Menu and Message List Pop-up Menu. This still won't make the function available using the keyboard in the menu - except by using the up-down arrows, but at least you'll have keyboard access to mark messages as junk. HTH.
