For me the biggest issues are:
* Drafts are not handled correctly: sometimes there are more than one
version of the same message in the (remote) outbox. Also there is a
problem uploading messages quite often (remote outbox). I get so

where TB! is unresponsive.
* TB! does not seem to honour Full Sync. Not all messages are fetched.
Above relevant for the IMAP servers mentioned in my signature.
