Tony: we are in the same boat, I never created an HTML message. But we must admit, it has its advantages. On the other side, USABLE improvements (and reliability) keep old and get new users and users keep Ritlabs, i.e. developments alive. HTML templates is a real demand. You and me, and the list members are hardcore emailers.
