Of course it has, I'd rather have an html template than working IMAP any
day, I'm sure most would :)

 A week or so ago they put 3.5 on the main public download page. Everyone
here downloaded it, it wouldn't work so that had to remove it quickly
before too many new users downloaded it. How many people do you know would
carry on using it or spend hours and hours trying to get the MSI installer
to work just because they want it's html template ability if it had it?

The fundamental principal of an email client is to send, receive and manage
email. The Bat cannot yet do that reliably yet they still insist on adding
new bells and whistles that don't work either.
