It's always been like this: When you "move" a message, the park flag
gets lost (there is a philosophy behind it that I forgot), but when
you "copy" a message, the flag will be in the copy. Don't mix up
"copy" (as your subject suggests) and "move" (which is what your
message says).

What I do when I want to actually move a message while maintaining the
parked status, I copy it to the new folder and then delete the
original message.
