You really don't have to delete a thing if you don't want to. M> So...what's the best way to go about doing this? Expunge? Purge? Delete? Make several folders in your IMAP structure, and organize them as you need, so that when traveling, you can access them. Just about anything can be organized by date, subject matter, whatever and however you wish. By putting them in smaller folders, you save yourself a lot of time accessing these emails, because you are working with smaller amounts of email in folders over IMAP. This also has the benefit of allowing you to either subscribe to just the folders you need, and stay unsubscribed for the remaining folders. This will increase your IMAP experience a great deal. You use only the folders that you need. You can mix and match at your whim and when you need (or not) to see and work with the other folders. In TB! terms, purge=expunge .. IMAP protocol calls for first deleting the email (which does not really remove it from the folder) and then expunge or purge to actually remove the email marked for deletion. -- Gary ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.5.25 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
