I've just received an encrypted message which I was able to open and
read.

I opted to reply to it and was pleasantly surprised to find that TB!
had automagically selected 'Encrypt when Completed'. However, when I
tried to send the message, the 'signing passphrase' dialog came up
twice and then nothing happened.

In the end I used PGP to sign and encrypt the message manually.

Can anyone confirm this behaviour with PGP9?
