Hmmm I got a completely different action when I tried to Encrypt this message and send it to myself. I was going to just forward the message to another account that I have a key to, but when I checked the "Encrypt when completed" and hit the Send button, nothing happened. I pressed the send button several times, but no luck. I ended up unchecking the "Encrypt when complete" and clicked on the "Sign when complete" and everything worked as it should. No extra 'signing passphrase', just the normal one time confirmation passphrase dialog. (I have my passphrase cached for the session).
