I have been using TheBat! under WinME for the last five years with no more problems (and no less :-) than all the people of this list. Despite the fact that TheBat! suffers from continuous obesity (a little less than 3 Mb in year 2000 and almost 11 Mb in current beta - 3.5.26 - for, say, 15% genuine new features and 85% more gimmicks, bells and whistles, it is still compatible with WinMe - and I guess Win98.
