AY> Goncalo, what is interesting here is that though there are
AY> different views about what should be possible when running the
AY> uninstall script for TB, everyone is agreeing - directly or
AY> indirectly - that the TB uninstall script is faulty.

AY> Those who think that you should be able to uninstall data
AY> directories when running the uninstall script (either with or
AY> without being prompted for a password) are surprised to find that
AY> the instruction to uninstall data directories presented as an
AY> option of the uninstall script is ignored.

AY> Those who think that you should not be able to uninstall data
AY> directories when running the uninstall script would disapprove of
AY> the uninstall script's providing such an option, regardless of
AY> whether the script actually honors that option.

AY> So, in the end, it seems that everyone concurs that the script is
AY> broken and should be fixed or changed.

As always, my opinion is that everything should be left at the
discretion of the user.

So, those who have a more restrictive view could stick to it without
imposing their 'wants' to others. The user must BE responsible for
its actions!

Don't even think of putting a tagline here.
