Ouch!

It's okay, Michael. I am very sorry for your inconvenience but
grateful for your sincere attempt to assist.

Candidly speaking, I am really looking for guidance and assistance
from Ritlabs on this. It is fairly certain that the problem pertains
to TB and its implementation of OTFE (as opposed to any localized
problem). See, for example, all of the people who could not start TB
from build 26 to 29. Eventually, they found a workaround; but, until
they did, RL did not seem to take their problem seriously. Only after
they found the workaround - at whatever cost to their own settings -
did RL finally put out a fixed version of TB (build 30) that would
have started without that workaround.

So right now I am just waiting for the fix to the Connection Centre
that will presumably be released within the next few days. Then I will
start my campaign on this OTFE matter in earnest. Of course, the only
thing I really want - what would satisfy me or at least pacify me for
a while - is if RL simply acknowledges that there is a problem and
makes an honest and forthright attempt to schedule work on correcting
it.
