Charlene, to see this bug, you must go to Options>>Preferences>>System Hot Keys and set up a hotkey for "Check Mail for ALL Accounts" and "Check Mail for Current Account". Then when you use that hotkey you will see that the CC opens in the background and that the Check Mail for Current Account actually checks mail for all accounts. -- Avi Yashar Windows XP Pro SP2 and The Bat!
