that is the way it has always been, since the item was added. before that, there was menu item to compress all folders, and a menu item to remove duplicates in all folders. This gives more flex, because you can choose more than one folder, without choosing all folders. You could just do one account, or just common folders, or all but common folders, or all kinds of combinations. -- Dwight A.
