Note Goncalo's wording in the above quote: "isn't just IMAP fixes."
I think that here "just" means "only" or "exclusively." I don't think
that RitLabs ever promised this beta series would be exclusively about
IMAP.

And 9Val made that explicit when he put up "a little roadmap" last
month, naming about half-a-dozen focuses of the current beta work.

This is quite possible to go on, because RitLabs has more than one
programmer, and the work gets divided up into different categories and
assigned to separate members of the team to work on each.

It wouldn't take any time away from the work on IMAP or on the
Exchange server function, to wrap v. 3.5.36 in an .msi and test it.
That is the point on which I agree with Goncalo. I do agree also that
.30 is giving problems to some people who are not beta testers and who
additionally use only POP3.

Goncalo and I would like for those customers to have available the
POP3 and other generalized-problem fixes that we have in v. .36.
