Installs fine. Control Panel ARP updated correctly. Everything seems to work as 3.5.36 was working. (Can't comment about the charset issues.) My only reservation is about your numbering system. To go from 3.5.36 to 3.51 is a jump of about 46 version numbers for no obvious reason.
