It will not purge and compress in manual mode either, nor will it remove messages older than a certain date on the server. I think that there must be a registry setting that has become corrupt or does not exist. That is why I have not reported this a bug. As far as I know, I am the only one having this problem. The question is: how do I fix it (other than uninstalling and reinstalling)? I actually tried that, but my re-import broke it again. I really don't want to reconfigure everything unless I have to. I also thought that figuring out why might provide useful information in case this should happen again. By the way, my system clock is reporting the correct date/time. -- Cheers!
