You  have  to  be  specific as to what you want to do.

If you have continue processing set it will trigger both and end up in
the second folder, if not it will end up in the first folder.

If  this  is  not what you want try reversing the order of the filters
and  then  set,  or  not,  the  continue processing to get the desired
result.
