.30 had big problems and needs to be replaced.  We are not looking for
a perfect release but a good enough one to replace one that was not
good enough.

Sometime people don't have an idea of relative difficulty (or time
required) of fixing one thing or another, I think.  Regex is not a
simple fix. I see lots of holes in the customizable interface.  You
can put redo on a toolbar, but it doesn't do anything.  You can put
"Inset an Image" on a toolbar but it won't even appear.  These are
functions that are not available in the default toolbars.  They seem
to me to be placeholders for new functions when they become available.
But release of the next TB shouldn't be held back because of that.

I disagree.  The past few betas have been much, much better in general
use.  For the first time in months, I can say that I am delighted to
be able to use TB as my full time email client.  My suggestion is to
get 3.51.10 out there.  A lot of people will be gratified.
