This doesn't depend on the software, it depends on:

- the IP you're assigned (if it's dynamic, you can be pretty sure it's
  listed somewhere; if it's static it may still get listed in unwanted
  ranges).

- the DNS PTR you have (PTR is the reverse DNS record - from your message,
  it appears to be ADijon-256-1-10-30.w81-51.abo.wanadoo.fr - this one
  luckily doesn't have "dial-up", "dsl" or "cable" in the name, so the
  chances that some server will reject it are smaller).

Also, as others have mentioned, your ISP might either block or redirect
through server all outbound traffic to port 25.
