GS> What do you mean by 'RMB'? Right Mouse Button GS> From the main windows menu 'Account' | 'IMAP Commands' If you look under this you will see "Manage IMAP Folders". This is where I have turned off all Syncronization. I'm not sure what this will do with the server software you are connected to, but here it seems to speed things up to have sync turned off.
