When you set TB! to synchronise, it will spend a lot of its bandwidth and connection doing autosync's. This is all too often at the expense of a request for a message body that you may have. Your message body request is often stuck in a long queue of requests concerning synchronizing of other folders you're not interested in at that particular moment. So the overall effect is that if you just download what you need as you go along, TB! is a lot more responsive. A lot of the apps that supposedly speed up browsing works similarly. They download other pages on the site in the background. However, this is often at the expense of the speed of download of a page you may wish to view at a particular time. -- -= Curtis=- Using TB! v3.60.02 Forerunner (Beta) System Specs: http://specs.aimlink.name =-=-= ...Health is the slowest rate at which one can die. ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.60.03 forerunner | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
