Strange, I cannot reproduce it...

Delete that tab and try to create again. Also, try with other folder
shortcuts.

If  I  create  a  folder  message  tab, that is always there. The only
annoying  stuff  is  that  I cannot rename those tabs. (Ok, with a hex
editor by editing CONFIG.CDB could do that :))
