For some reason RITLabs refuses to make this option stick, which is very strange, since it is precisely what users would expect to stick, and it would cost about 10 minutes to program. You can work around this deficiency by manually inserting %PGPMIME tags into your message templates. Then, by default, this option will be on. However, if you put a message in the outbox, and re-edit it later, the option will be lost again. It sucks...
