I filter Spam into the trash folder as this seems like the most
sensible place for junk (this happens server side using procmail.)
Mail from unknown senders goes into Unknown... and messages that need
reclassifying with sa-autolearn are put into Junk.

This reminds me of another TB! IMAP annoyance... not being able to
select an alternative folder for Junk ($JUNK$.)
