I verified this, it is repeatable here.
In 3.62.10 a reply template for someone I do Beta Testing for works.
In 3.62.11 it does not see the subject nor the From: address.
I switched back and forth from one version to the other.
Below, I will offer the offending Header minus a couple of things I
munged for whatever reason I munge things.

If someone from RIT wants the actual email, I can send it but I'd
rather not post it on a List where *bots* might harvest real email
addresses.

Anyway, I was trying to reply to this today and kept getting blank
subject lines and no "To:" lines so I switched back to 3.62.10 and it
worked fine.
