OK, this makes your question clearer :-) TB! has to use RTV to display text in character sets PTV (MicroEd) doesn't support or may display wrong, such as Unicode and Asian character sets. When a happy day comes and MicroEd starts supporting Unicode, RTV won't jump in anymore.
