Initial panic over, i explored restore further ( I was frightened it may just overwrite the existing data, losing anything later than the backup files, and found i could restore the deleted account on its own! Phew, so that's saved my stupid hide... I now want to copy all the Quick Templates from account X to account Y, then delete account x completely.
