I'm not sure what I'm seeing, because the screenshots show different
parts of the account tree.

The good news is that you can create TB folders with Japanese names. I
didn't know that was possible. People complained earlier that TB
doesn't support mails in Japanese correctly: Do you have problems with
mail display or composition?
