It's supposed to work for pop accounts too, but you need to have the
focus on the account tree when using it. Never tried it with OTFE
though.....
Okay, I tried. Deleted a folder, kept the message base intact and
pressed Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L and didn't get it back.

Well, I've got this idea.
Create a backup with TB.
Install Voyager.
Restore your backup into Voyager with the same password, that's what I
did and guess what. The directory names are the same.
Presuming that TB doesn't backup unknown folders, you've got to
concentrate on the folder names that are lacking Voyager.
BTW You don't need an USB device to install Voyager, a directory on
your harddisk will do fine.
