Correct for me with Reply. But with Selected text and Shift/Reply icon, I notice the To field is highlighted. Since my normal use is not to Tab but to place the cursor with the mouse, I find that, as I go over this again, I was unconsciously moving the mouse below the greeting and clicking. Then when I would try to scroll down below the long quote, I could not make the cursor stick there. It would revert to the position below the greeting. (I think I unconsciously placed the cursor below the greeting, because in a simple click of the Reply icon with no text selected, there would usually be extraneous material that I wished to delete before proceeding.) More than anyone ever wanted to know about Mary and her mouse, I guess. :( Anyway--the cursor isn't sticking where I place it, when I do a scrolldown in the MicroEd window. P.S.
