As a test, I created a toolbar and a shortcut using 3.70.07.
I then installed 3.65.01 directly over 3.70.07, but I did not lose the
customizations.

Then I installed 3.70.07 over 3.65.01.

My shortcut was lost.

So I can confirm that much.

However, my new toolbar was conserved.
