Dear Graham, -->> Freitag, 03. Februar 2006, 09:04:27:
>> Restore to a mapped drive G: >> Close TB >> In the registry adjust: >> HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Working Directory >> (and any other key pointing to G:) >> Start TB. > I'll look at that - but what happens when I UNmap G - and I only > have F. Is this that I modify again - or is there something in > account.fld which will still be hard coded to to the (now > non-existing) G:? An other Idea would be (without having tried out): - after Restore --> close TB! - Copy the whole TB!data-folder either to an other 'Temporary' Folder on drive G: or Copy the whole TB!data-folder temporarily to drive C: (if sufficient space available) NOTE: this move to prevent deleting of files when un-mapping - Un-Mapp drive G: --> becoming drive F: - Copy back the whole TB!data-folder - check Registry as Roelof wrote - Start TB! - you may then also check the Preferences and see if TB! points properly to your TB!data-folder/-files. Good luck :) -- best regards | Using The Bat! 3.70.06 "Qigong" (Beta) www.EddieCastelli.com | on Windows 2000 5.0 Eddie | Build 2195 Service Pack 3 on Tour | ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.70.07 "Qigong" | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
