It may not be a TB! issue. Uxtheme.dll is often replaced by programs that skin windows, it is a standard dll and these programs replace it with another altered file. I would check and see whether she has had installed or has currently installed a program like StyleXP (http://themes.belchfire.net) that alter uxtheme.dll.
