I'm pretty sure that she did nothing of the kind, though I'll verify that. The error message doesn't always come up, therefore I don't believe in a faulty DLL. Could it have something to do with available resources? I have a program that fails to displays its symbol toolbar in such a case, waiting until the system is less stressed or rebooting the machine resolves the issue. Do you think something similar could be the culprit in this case, too? -- MfG, Alto
