I read all the replies confirming your observation before installing
v. 3.72.08 this morning. Still, now that I'm running it, I wanted to
make a couple of comments.

No, it hasn't. This is an interesting change. On my screen, the cursor
arrow is a fat one, pointing one way. The change is to a single line
with arrow-heads on either end, when hovering over body text. And, as
was noted in another reply, it does not happen in plain text view.

Also, it changes to a hand when hovering over a link or over a Smiley.
I'm very glad it does this, because the hand is more visible.
