Thanks a million! I had been using WINRAR to unpack TB!'s rar packages, using the command "Extract to the specified folder." Never a problem until now. But when I asked WINRAR to do that with your .zip, it would say it had done it, but I still ended up with v. 3.80.6. So I selected another utility that Windows XP offered me to uncompress .zip files and put the resultant TB! exe on my Desktop. I then renamed the v. 3.80.6 exe to "old 3.80.6" exe and dragged the extracted 3.81.04 into the The Bat! folder. Launched, and so far now working perfectly. I'm very grateful to you, as working with your .zip meant that I found out that my copy of WINRAR is not working properly. It's the last thing I would have otherwise suspected. Now I have to figure out what to do about that. :( But at least I can now proceed with testing TB! beta v. 3.81.04.
