I do this by copying the message to an appropriate folder. For example, I receive seafreight rates to Tokyo. Of course, they belong in the "Japan" folder. I manually copy the mail into the "seafreight rates" folder where all seafreight rates regardless of destination are kept. What you want to achieve sounds more elegant. -- Cheers, Thomas. My old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next!" They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals. http://thomas.fernandez.hat-gar-keine-homepage.de/ Message reply created with The Bat! 3.85.03 under Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current ALPHA is 3.86.03 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
