Just wondering if the current round of Alphas will be turned into an
official beta for the annual "Christmas Release".

Currently, the official release of the Bat is using a fair chunk of
memory that does not reduce when the program is minimized to the
system tray (listed in task manager as 77 000 and rising over time).
The current alpha - as reported on bug track - has problems with the
mapi32.dll windows file resulting in fixes required by the fixmapi.exe
program by Microsoft.

In my case, the current official release and the alpha are really not
up to production standard for daily work.

I'm hoping the next round of fixes will address both problems.

Any insights from the software team at RIT?
