There is nothing wrong with encryption as such, it's just that I run TB
without OTFE and I would like to have both running the same for easy
synchronisation. If encryption was optional, I would try without it and
probably end up using it. But, by principle, I don't like to be forced
to use it. It is up to me to decide how important and 'secret' my data
is.

Aside of that I understand that, when using OTFE, folders (and file
names?) in disk have 'funny unrecognisable names'. If it is true, I
don't like that at all.
