I've returned to The Bat! after frustrations with an endless number of issues with IMAP, from messages not loading to counts being off to there always being duplicates to the slow speed. After spending the last year with Mulberry, I decided to give The Bat! another spin. So my opinion comes from having been away from it for so long and I have to say that The Bat!'s IMAP handling is far superior in all ways to what it was. It still has a long way to go (e.g., it STILL will sometimes show 2 unread messages when there is just 1) but the speed is great when used with Tuffmail. It's still no Mulberry, of course, but The Bat! has come a long, long way. -- :R.
