I did play around with it a little bit, but saw nothing that was 100%.
I  am now using Unicode, UTF-16 little endian, whatever that is and it
seems  to work not bad, except at the end of the line I get a carriage
return followed by a square box and a  space. This is in EditPad Lite.
Maybe I will keep trying different editors.
