This does seem to be the problem, however, the more I look at it the
less sense it makes. The Macro is %Text and if is exporting Unicode
and is not recognized by a plain text editor it causes further
problems. In this particular situation I import the text file into an
Access database and that breaks down because of the Unicode
formatting.
