I'm not sure whether we are veering into semantics or philosophy, but I would consider it "professionally unacceptable" in a way to leave one's marks in other people's registry, regardless of whether they find out or not. "Can I use your computer? I won't change anything, my email program is completely on this USB stick." And then I do change something in the registry. What's embarrassing is that I broke my word. Philosophy of ethics doesn't require them to notice it, so I disagree with the definition above in this respect. Call it a bug if you want, because it doesn't work as expected. I would expect Voyager to leave no traces. -- Cheers, Thomas.
