Please inform you before offending people. The answer from Vilius
Šumskas is absolutely correct. The HTML part of the received message
is indeed created by the _sender_. So preventing the creation of the
HTML part requires the instruction/education of the sender.
_You_ can actually delete the HTML part. The available possibilities
to do so are already discussed in this list...
