As time has marched on, trolls have become more sophisticated.  In
usenet these days, we see them using the one-two punch.  Some good
information to obscure what they are doing and to confuse the issue.

I haven't been posting notions lately preconceived or not, so I don't
think troll candidates have been disagreeing with me.

What I have seen is confusion and consternation and uncertainty how to
deal with certain people.  I offered a suggestion.  Perhaps some will
find it useful.
