I am "rgrun" on several forums as that's the only format they will
take. I am know that way. It is hardly meant to be obtuse. I am
surprised you make no distinction between "anonymity" and a poorly
spoofed but threatening email (I know where you live!) I personally in
that situation have screamed at least as loud both here and to the
perpetrator's ISP and to that ISPs upstream provider

How was it determined that they were unfounded? If you have proof of
that then by all means you are correct. If so please share. If not
then you do us all an injustice as, in your words, the accusations ARE
very serious

I am not baiting you. I really want to know if he was full of it or
not. I see that he came in like gangbusters and probably SHOULD have
lurked for a bit to see what this list is about. However there is a
definite tendency to be slavishly accepting and defensive about the
Bat and Ritlabs and ignoring their flaws. This man was rejected as
much for this as he was for anything he did on the list
